Peppa Pig.
6
‘This is a transcript for Garden Games
7
It is a lovely sunny day. Peppa and George are in the garden.
8
Daddy, we're a bit bored.
9
But there's lots to do in the garden.
10
Like what?
11
Um, sit in a garden chair, read the paper, and watch the grass grow.
12
But those are things for a daddy to do!
13
Hello!
14
Hello, Suzy!
15
What are you doing?
16
Nothing. We're bored.
17
Me, too. That's why I came to your house.
18
I've got an idea! We have an old box of garden games somewhere.
19
What are garden games?
20
I don't know.
21
Here we are.
22
Juggling sticks! Watch me juggle!
23
Oh.
24
They're not for juggling, Suzy. They're skittles. We set the skittles up here, then we have to stand over here and try and knock the skittles over by rolling this heavy ball.
25
Me first!
26
Hurray!
27
Peppa has knocked over two skittles.
28
My turn!
29
It's very hard, Suzy. You probably won't be able to do it.
30
Suzy has knocked over all the skittles.
31
Hurray!
32
Oh. Well done.
33
Now it's George's turn.
34
Because George is little, he can stand a bit closer.
35
Oh.
36
George is too little to play skittles.
37
George doesn't like being the littlest one.
38
Hmm. Let's play bat and ball. Peppa can throw the ball, and George has to bat it.
39
But if anyone catches the ball, George is out.
40
Okay.
41
Caught it!
42
George is out.
43
George is a bit too little, even for bat and ball.
44
You just need a bit more practice, George. Watch me.
45
WOW!
46
Oops. I'll just get the ball back.
47
Hello, Mummy Pig. Uh... can we have our ball back, please?
48
Yes, but please play more carefully in future.
49
Yes, Mummy Pig. Sorry, Mummy Pig.
50
Here is Danny Dog.
51
What are you doing?
52
We're playing bat and ball.
53
My daddy is very good at it!
54
He batted the ball all the way into the house!
55
Wow! Can I play bat and ball, too?
56
Uh, maybe it's time for a different garden game.
57
Like what?
58
Limbo!
59
What's limbo when it's at home?
60
I'll show you.
61
I know! You jump over it.
62
It's much too high to jump over.
63
We go under the limbo pole, and we need music to do it.
64
Daddy Pig is very good at limbo.
65
Wow!
66
Ah! But now we'll put the pole a bit lower.
67
Okay.
68
Oh!
69
Daddy, your tummy is too big to go under the pole!
70
My tummy is not too big! I just can't bend like I used to.
71
My turn!
72
And me!
73
And me!
74
Well done, everyone! Now, we'll put the pole even lower.
75
Ooh!
76
Easy, daddy.
77
It's impossible! Nobody can go under THAT!
78
Wow! George can do it!
79
Hurray!
80
George is the best at limbo dancing because he is little.
81
George likes playing garden games. Everyone likes playing garden games.
